This document describes how we manage the website with reference to the processing of personal data of the user/users who consult it ("User/Users").

This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) to Users who interact with the web services of Verdeparallelo s.r.l. ("Verdeparallelo") accessible electronically starting from the initial page of the site available at the following address: ("Site").    • Navigation data - log files

The computer systems and software procedures dedicated to the operation of the Site detect, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such personal data are not associated with directly identifiable Users. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties but, by their nature they could (through processing and association with data held by third parties) allow Users to be identified.

The collected data include the IP addresses and the domain names of the computers used by the Users who connect to the Site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment used by the User. These data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its regular functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

   • Data provided voluntarily by the User

In addition to these types of data, the Holder processes information provided voluntarily by the User (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, residence and/or domicile address, information on the product purchased, requests for information and / or comments on Verdeparallelo/Agronauticosmetics products) in order to:

a) refine the purchase of products ordered by the User on the Site, upon registration or access as a guest;

b) send advice or suggestions regarding the correct use of Verdeparallelo/Agronauticosmetics brand products, in case of express request by the User;

c) publish comments from Users about the products offered on the Site;

d) subject to the express consent of the User, to send, via e-mail, promotional communications and/or newsletters concerning the Verdeparallelo/Agronauticosmetics branded products.

The legal basis of points a), b) and c) is the participation in a contract for the purchase of products on the Site.

The legal basis of point d) is the express consent of the interested party.

Personal data are processed with automated computer systems for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

The Holder adopts specific security measures to ensure that the processing of data is carried out in compliance with the GDPR, with particular regard to preventing the loss of such data, illicit or incorrect use or unauthorized access to databases.


The processing of personal data of the User, made by the Holder, is necessary to achieve the purposes better indicated in Article 2 - "Data provided voluntarily by the User", lett. a), b) and c). Therefore, the failure to issue, by the User, of their consent to the aforementioned processing would imply the impossibility for the User to use these services.

The processing of data for the sending of commercial communications and/or newsletters referred to in Article 2 - "Data provided voluntarily by the User", lett. d), is optional. In case of refusal, however, the User will not be able to stay updated on news and/or promotions offered by the Owner.


Personal data collected on the Site will not be disclosed, sold or transferred to third parties, except for the hypotheses established by law.

Communication of data to companies expressly appointed to perform certain services within the activity carried out by the Holder and/or, in general, in his favor, which will operate as independent and/or data controllers, as well as the communication and/or dissemination of data required, in compliance with the law, by police forces, judicial authorities, information and security bodies or other public entities for defense or security purposes of the State or prevention, ascertainment or repression of crimes will be, in any case, allowed.

The data may also be disclosed to parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates pursuant to art. 2359 c.c. for organizational and administrative-accounting purposes.


Finally, we inform that the articles from the 15 to 22 of the GDPR confer to the interested parties the exercise of specific rights. In particular, such interested parties may obtain from the Holder confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and that such data be made available in an intelligible form. Interested parties may also request:

• to know the origin of the data as well as the logic and the purposes on which their treatment is based;

• to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data;

• to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment itself;

• treatment limitation;

• the portability of personal data.

The interested parties have the right to withdraw the consent at any time and to make a complaint against the Supervisory Authority regarding a treatment considered non-compliant.

The treatment will last no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the data were collected in compliance with the civil, fiscal and tax obligations in force. For the treatment related to the marketing or commercial contact, the duration is defined on the basis of the cancellation request criterion.



Cookies are text files that websites send to user/visitor devices accessing the Internet (usually browsers) in which they are stored to be transmitted back to the same sites upon the next visit of the users. There are:

It is still active for compatibility retrospective; domain: (iv) Cookie name: __ utmt; expiration time: 10 minutes from the visit of the page; function: this cookie is set by Google Analytics and is used to control the requests to the system and to limit the collection of data on high traffic sites; domain: (v) Cookie name: __ utmz; expiration time: 6 months after the visit of the page; function: this cookie stores the type of reference used by the visitor to reach the site (by direct method, a referring link, a search engine or an advertising campaign such as an advertisement or a link to an email). It is used to calculate search engine traffic, ad campaigns and page navigation within the site; domain: (vi) Cookie name: _ga; expiration time: 2 years after the visit of the page; function: this cookie is used to distinguish unique users by assigning them a number randomly generated as customer identifier. It is included in each site page request and is used to calculate the number of visitors, sessions and campaigns used for site analysis reports. A.1) We use cookies and statistical profiling of third parties to perform marketing activities. In essence, when the users of this site visit Google or Facebook after visiting our site they would be able to see advertisements from This service is based on Google and Facebook cookies that are installed on the users devices that access the Internet.
