What does "vegan product" mean?


It means that the products we sell adhere to vegan philosophy and therefore do not contain any ingredient of animal origin. This is not to say that if you're not vegan our products are not for you ... just try them! :)

I'm not vegan, can I still buy your products?


Whether you are white, black, yellow, vegan, omnivore, Buddhist or Hindu, you can still buy our products. We do not make any distinction between gender, race or belief. We respect diversity and we treat all people equally, with respect.

I have sensitive skin. Are your products right for me?


We do not sell dreams or illusions. We have removed or minimized all the substances that could potentially irritate or harm skin. Nevertheless, sensitive skin is an extremely “sensitive” subjective. Therefore, we invite you to try our products before you buy them. You can order a set of samples for the cost of shipping. We know, it’s not completely free, but it's the best we can do! Seeing is believing :)

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction when using one of your products?


Stop use immediately and consult a dermatologist. Contact our Customer Service and we will give you a hand in getting a refund for your product.

I'm pregnant. Can I use your products?


Wow, YES! We are happy for you! You will have more surface area to spread our products onto! :)

Do your products have an expiration date?


Our products, if not opened, last for more than 30 months. It is not required by law to report this on the package. Once you have opened our product it should last for at least 12 months. This is stated on the packaging under the PAO symbol.

Of course it is! Our philosophy is: try it!  We can send you a set of free samples, you will only pay the delivery costs! We know it’s not completely free, but it really is the best we can do ... You can find more information HERE

What forms of payment do you accept?


For deliveries made in Italy, we accept cash on delivery (a small fee is chraged), PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers. For deliveries to be made outside Italy, we accept payment through PayPal, credit cards and bank transfers. More information can be found HERE

When will my order arrive?


Normally shipments are processed within the next business day. You will receive your order, depending on the shipping type you choose, within 2/3 working days. More information HERE.

Can I track my order?


We will update you on the progress of your order through an email which contains a link which you can use to track your package. In most cases you won’t have time to worry about it ... :-) Once your package is shipped, the courier will send you an SMS with day and time of expected delivery. Can I return products?


Of course! If you are not satisfied, you can return the products you have purchased. Calmly, and if you help us, (how? Recommend us to your friends), we will come to support other activities. We started with lesser known but no less important causes. For example, our friends at Sea Shepherd protect marine ecosystems, important to all life, including all of us. Does it still seem unimportant? :-)
